We have a surgery date! BHRR’s Ava Marie is booked for her right cruciate repair on Friday May 21st! I shall drop her off at LAH for 8:00 AM. This has been a long time wait and lots of work for Ava Marie to lose all that weight and I am already not only looking forward to that date for her sake yet anxious to have it come and go so that she is back home rehabbing with us. We are still looking at raising another $3,955 for her Vet/Rehab bills as part of her Ava’s Action Assistance Fundraiser and truly no amount is too small to help her! She will be in attendance at the BHRR’s ‘Alvin For Ava’ BRING YOUR DOG TO THE MOVIES Fundraiser on Sunday May 16th and we shall have a donation jar there for those that might wish to donate to her cause. I am also going to post two pictures below from Sunday April 25th that was taken when I had her out for a mini training/social stroll. Doesn’t she look MARVELOUS!
